Terms of Service

We provide a web-based service that helps restaurants and other food businesses improve menu and marketing imagery, including editing uploaded dish photos, generating variations, and exporting visuals for digital channels.

By using the service, you agree to these terms.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact us promptly. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or put the service, other users, or our systems at risk.

You keep ownership of the photos, menu materials, prompts, logos, and other content you submit to the service, as well as the outputs generated for your account, subject to any rights that already exist in third-party materials you provide.

You give us a limited license to host, copy, process, transmit, and transform that content only as needed to operate, maintain, secure, and support the service for you. We do not publish your uploaded photos or generated assets as marketing material without your permission.

The service uses AI-assisted tools. Output quality can vary based on the quality of your source material, prompts, and platform limitations, and you are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing them.

Do not use the service to create misleading food imagery, infringe another person's rights, upload content you do not have permission to use, or generate unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or non-food content outside the intended use of the platform. You must make sure your published menu and advertising materials remain accurate.

Unless we expressly offer a recurring plan, purchases are sold as one-time packages, credits, or similar usage entitlements described on the pricing page or checkout flow. Credits or edit allowances are consumed when you use eligible generation or editing actions.

Unless required by law, used credits or completed services are not refundable. If you purchased a pack and have not materially used it, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will review the refund request fairly.

We may change features, pricing, limits, supported export formats, or underlying providers from time to time. We may also suspend the service temporarily for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated version and update the date at the top.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We aim to provide useful, commercially practical outputs, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that any image will achieve a specific business outcome such as higher conversion or order volume.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
