Account and contact details: your name, email address, business or organisation name, and any information you send through support or contact forms.

Service content: dish photos, menu images, prompts, reference images, editing settings, generated outputs, and export history connected to your account.

Technical and usage data: log data, IP address, browser and device information, session and authentication events, page visits, and product analytics events.

We use this data to create and deliver your requested edits and generated images, store them in your dashboard, authenticate users, process payments, provide support, improve reliability and performance, prevent abuse, and communicate important service or account updates.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use the dish photos or other images you upload to train public models. We process them to provide the service you asked for and to operate your account.

We use third-party providers that help us run the service. Based on our current setup, these include Appwrite for authentication, database, and file storage; Stripe for payment processing; Google Gemini for image generation and related processing; Resend for transactional email; and PostHog for product analytics.

These providers may process data on our behalf in different countries. We share only the data needed for the relevant function.

We use cookies or similar technologies for sign-in, security, session management, and product analytics. Some site features may not work properly if essential cookies are blocked in your browser.

Analytics help us understand which pages and features are used so we can improve the product and marketing.

We keep account data while your account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward where needed for security, billing, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

Uploaded photos and generated outputs are stored so you can access them in the dashboard until you delete them, delete your account, or we no longer need to retain them for legitimate operational or legal reasons.

Subject to applicable law, you can ask to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can also ask us to delete your account and associated stored content.

If you no longer want marketing emails, you can unsubscribe using the link in the message or contact us directly.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect account data and stored images, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
